Any new investment opportunity that we bring to our investors will have a minimum fee of £3,500; however, the fees do differ depending on the scale of the investment itself. Fees are roughly 2% of the sale price/ GDV for developments.

BUILDING

initial commitment fee
With our portfolio building service we take an initial £750 commitment fee on application. Upon an offer being accepted on a deal we put forward we then take a £1250 reservation fee. Upon completion we take a £1,500 fee. This totals a flat fee of £3,500 for this service.

MANAGEMENT
18%
of revenue
For all our SA management units we charge a flat fee of 18% (after OTA fees) of the monthly revenue. This is a stand alone fee and we do not charge any other hidden fees during the operation of the SA unit.
PROJECT
CO-ORDINATION
10%
of refurbishment costs (minimum £1,500)
With our Project Co-ordination service, we charge 10% of the overall refurbishment cost (Minimum £1,500) This service includes us attending the property, undertaking an assessment of the works and producing a progress report which would be submitted via email. This can be done weekly or fortnightly for the duration of the refurb.
