  • Key Collection - Once completed, we collect the keys on your behalf, and pass on to any tradespeople required. 

  • Quality Control - We attend the property each week (or fortnight), and provide an up to date report on refurbishments. 

  • Set Up - Once completed, we set the property up for the lettings strategy you have selected

Our quality control service enables our clients to benefit from a remote approach to refurbishing a property. We give our clients regular updates of how their project is going by checking and reporting progress on a weekly (or bi weekly) basis.

We recognise that the modern-day property investor can typically be too busy or even too far away to physically check in on the progress of their project. Our quality control service allows investors to compete multiple projects at once and invest in any area they choose. Ensuring that contractors are following the agreed timescales and that the project is going to plan is vital to our investor's success.

Serviced Accommodation Management

Our Serviced Accommodation Management solution allows landlords to pursue short term letting as a strategy, without the inconvenience and time involved with managing guests, cleaners, Laundrettes and OTA's.


Serviced Accommodation can be a more lucrative strategy than HMO or Single letting as guests are charged on a much higher nightly rate than the typical monthly rates paid by long term tenants. Additionally, shorter and more expensive corporate and contractor stays are often met with less damages and problems as opposed to those caused by long-term tenants and AST's.

Guide To Our Pricing Structure

Property Sourcing

From £3,000

Any new investment opportunity that we bring to our investors will have a minimum fee of £3,000; however, the fees do differ depending on the scale of the investment itself. Fees are roughly 2% of the sale price.

Portfolio Building

£500 initial commitment fee

With our portfolio building service we take an initial £500 commitment fee on application. Upon an offer being accepted on a deal we put forward we then take a £1000 reservation fee. Upon completion we take a £1,500 fee. This totals a flat fee of £3,000 for this service.

SA Management

18% of revenue

For all our SA management units we charge a flat fee of 18% (after OTA fees) of the monthly revenue. This is a stand alone fee and we do not charge any other hidden fees during the operation of the SA unit.

Quality Control

£125.00 per Report

With our Quality Control service, we charge £125.00 per report produced. This service includes us attending the property, undertake an assessment of the works and produce a progress report which would be submitted via email. This can be done weekly or fortnightly for the duration of the refurb.

Please note that our prices can fluctuate as all investments are different; however, the above is a rough guide to what you can expect.
